As an Automation Technician
, you ll be at the forefront of our innovation, driving the reliability, performance, and advancement of automated manufacturing systems. You ll collaborate with a diverse group of passionate individuals to deliver sustainable solutions to advance mobility, improve wellbeing, and enhance modern life.

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair automated production equipment to minimize downtime and maintain operational excellence.
• Assemble, wire, test, and debug new automation and manufacturing equipment.
• Support the design, fabrication, commissioning, and implementation of automation solutions that improve productivity and quality.
• Inspect equipment and tooling to identify improvement opportunities and proactively address performance issues.
• Maintain critical spare parts inventory and coordinate procurement of essential components.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Train manufacturing support employees and Process Technicians on the operation and basic troubleshooting of automated equipment.
• Track, analyze, and report equipment utilization, efficiency, and reliability metrics.
• Disassemble, clean, repair, and reassemble tooling, fixtures, and production equipment as required.
• Follow SOPs, work instructions, safety requirements, and GMPs within a medical device manufacturing environment.
• Support 5S and lean manufacturing initiatives while contributing to safety, quality, productivity, scrap reduction, and continuous improvement goals.

• Standing, walking, or operating equipment for extended periods
• Working in a lab or manufacturing setting with appropriate PPE provided
• Use of computers and digital tools in an office or hybrid environment
• Occasional lifting or movement of materials
• Adherence to rigorous safety protocols and ergonomic standards
