Machine Operator

Custom Fabricating & Supplies is a trusted manufacturer of industrial masking and protection products. We are seeking an experienced Machine Operator with at least one year of manufacturing or machine operation experience to join our production team. This position is responsible for operating die-cutting equipment, performing job setups, maintaining product quality, and helping ensure efficient production flow.

• Operate die-cutting machines and related equipment to produce parts that meet customer specifications and quality standards.
• Independently perform machine setups using job tickets, work instructions, and production schedules.
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality and productivity.
• Troubleshoot routine equipment and process issues and communicate more complex problems to supervisors or maintenance personnel.
• Conduct quality inspections using measuring tools such as calipers and tape measures.
• Accurately complete production documentation and maintain required records.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of machine operation experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience performing machine setups, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and follow work orders, job tickets, and production instructions.
• Experience using measuring and inspection tools, including calipers and tape measures.
• Strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and commitment to quality.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
