• 1st Shift: 7am - 3:30pm
• 2nd Shift: 3pm - 11:30pm
• 3rd Shift: 11pm - 7:30am

• Supporting residents and families through meaningful (and sometimes difficult) journeys
• Leading a team and shaping the day-to-day experience of care

We serve individuals living with memory loss, and everything we do centers around dignity, patience, and understanding.

• Assessing residents and guiding their care with intention
• Administering medications and treatments safely and confidently
• Leading and supporting CNAs & Resident Assistants
• Partnering with families (because they matter too)
• Responding to real-time needs with both skill and heart
• Bringing energy to our Pathways of Purpose program because engagement is everything

• Nurses who lead with both competence and compassion
• People who stay calm, communicate clearly, and document thoroughly
• Those who understand that healthcare is human first

• Active nursing license
• CPR / First Aid
• A team-first mindset
• Senior living experience is great, but not required
