Overview
We are seeking a registered nurse to provide compassionate, evidence-based nursing care in a Med Surg department.
Responsibilities- Delivering safe, high-quality patient care aligned with clinical standards.
- Monitoring patient progress and communicating updates to the care team.
- Coordinating between physicians, specialists, and support staff for seamless treatment.
- Leading discharge planning to ensure patients and families are equipped for recovery.
- Current RN licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing or a multi-state license.
- CPR/BLS certification within 30 days of hire (American Heart Association or Red Cross accepted).
- Diploma from an accredited nursing program or equivalent professional licensure.
