The Role
Are you a compassionate RN or LPN who is passionate about providing exceptional end‑of‑life care? Join our hospice team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and their families every day.
What You’ll Do- Provide skilled, compassionate nursing care to hospice patients.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Support patients and families through education, comfort, and advocacy.
- Document patient care and communicate changes in condition.
- Current RN or LPN license.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hospice, home health, or long term care experience is preferred but not required.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Schedule Monday
- Friday: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM 0.8 FTE (32 hours a week), or 1.0 FTE (40 hours a week). - On-Call Requirement:
This role includes on call coverage. Up to 1 shift per week, Monday
- Thursday 4 PM to 8 AM. Up to every 4th weekend, Friday 4 PM to Monday 8 AM. - Location:
Hit the road without the extra costs- this role includes travel within a one-hour radius, and a company car is provided for employees working 0.6 FTE or more. - Compensation: LPN: $29.19 to $32.76 per hour, based on experience. Candidates with exceptional qualifications and relevant experience may be considered for a higher rate. RN: $40.43 to $47.04 per hour, based on experience. Candidates with exceptional qualifications and relevant experience may be considered for a higher rate.
