• Leadership in customer service, training, and coaching alongside the Store Leader.
• Experience in employee retention, leadership development, and productivity.
• Ability to implement merchandising and marketing programs.
• Proficiency in cash handling, fuel transactions, and loyalty programs.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe environment per health and sanitation standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel preferred).
• High School diploma or GED preferred; 1+ year retail management experience acceptable.
• Valid Driver’s License and auto insurance.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
