• High School Diploma or Equivalent; BS/BA Preferred
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Minimum of 1 year of proven work history and success in retail sales or customer‑facing business
• Physical capacity to work 40+ hours per week, travel to local events, set up and tear down, and stand on your feet all day consistently
