Join our freezer, cooler, and deli team and help keep shelves stocked, maintain sanitary conditions, and provide excellent customer service. Your role ensures our products are safe, available, and presented well, supporting a great shopping experience.

• Ensure high‑quality products are taken care of and available for members.
• Maintain clean shelves, temperature control, expiration dates, and proper disposal of lower‑quality food.
• Pack ready‑to‑sell products in correct containers and set up stock displays.
• Keep the freezers, coolers, and deli area clean, sanitized, and member‑ready.
• Follow safety standards, conduct safety sweeps, and spot forklift safety.
• Handle claims, returns, zoning, receiving, stocking, and pricing merchandise.
• Assist members with locating merchandise, purchasing decisions, and product knowledge.
• Comply with food handling and cold‑chain procedures; operate and sanitize equipment.
• Monitor equipment (fans, drains, doors) and report issues to management.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Completion of all required job trainings and assessments within prescribed time frames.

• Experience with stocking and customer service.
• Passion for member satisfaction and a proactive, solution‑seeker mindset.
• Adaptability to changing work scenarios and creative problem‑solving.

• Hourly wage range: $18.00–$26.00.* (actual rate will meet or exceed minimum wage.)
• Premiums up to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, location, and performance.
