Route Service Representative Workweek

Route Service Representative – manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Partners drive a truck along an established route to deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products. The position is physical, fast‑paced, and involves indoor/outdoor work.

• Serve as the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services.
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and manage inventory while maintaining professionalism and safety.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.

• Qualified candidates must meet all Department of Transportation (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below). for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs., including an active driver’s license, minimum age of 21, DOT medical certification, and documentation of prior employment.
• Must be able to meet the physical demands of the role.
