Direct Sales Manager

Safe Haven Security is seeking a driven Direct Sales Manager to lead and scale a high-energy residential sales team in our Security & Law Enforcement segment. In this field-focused role, you'll recruit, train, and coach reps selling ADT-backed smart home and security solutions to homeowners and small businesses. You'll own territory strategy, drive daily activity, and hit aggressive growth targets in a fast-paced, performance-driven culture.

Expect hands-on involvement in ride-alongs, installs, and customer success, with uncapped earning potential and a clear path into higher leadership as we expand nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and coach a high-performing direct sales team.
• Drive daily field activity, lead generation, and door-to-door sales efforts.
• Own territory planning, goal setting, and sales forecasting.
• Conduct ride-alongs to model best-practice sales behaviors and closing techniques.
• Monitor KPIs, pipeline health, and performance, adjusting strategy as needed.
• Partner with installation and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain expert knowledge of smart home and security solutions and competitive offerings.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, ethical sales standards, and company policies.
• Report results and insights to leadership, recommending growth initiatives.
• Foster a high-energy, accountable, and collaborative team culture.
