Part Time, PRN – as needed

Customer Service Representative – you’ll help patients check into the hospital, answering questions during registration, collecting information accurately and quickly, and listening with compassion.

• Work on computers and answer phones to intake information in a busy environment. Collect details correctly between physician and nurse check-ins and work across multiple programs and screens.
• Assist patients who may be ill or worried, listen carefully to ease anxiety, ask follow‑up questions, and build rapport.
• Work quickly in a fast‑paced environment, handling variations in health plans and insurance coverage. Be ready for unexpected situations.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on career development.

• High School Diploma or GED
• Excellent customer service experience
• Up to date on all vaccinations, pass a drug test, and pass a background check prior to hire.

• Medical experience

Base pay range: $15.00 – $21.10 per hour, determined by role, level, location, and experience.
