10 is currently seeking a developer for a position with a major financial services company located in Franklin, WI. Compensation: $68.00 per hour, W2.

Position Overview:

This is a developer position with a data masking engineering team focused on defining and automating processes for end users needing masked data. The developer will work with architects on creating feature roadmaps, developing services used in data masking, and implementing feature requests from clients. This role involves building out microservices to help automate data masking processes, including taking backups into a masking environment and performing operations needed to ensure correct data obfuscation, as well as helping to build and maintain RESTful APIs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with architects on creating feature roadmaps and developing services used in data masking
• Implement feature requests from clients
• Build out microservices to help automate data masking processes
• Take backups into a masking environment and perform operations needed to ensure correct data obfuscation
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs
• Work within a scrum team using agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira)
• Explain technical solutions to both technical and non-technical teams

Primary Requirements:

• Expert proficiency in the Python programming language
• Database experience (primarily relational)
• Experience with technologies and services within the AWS Cloud portfolio
• Proficiency with RESTful API with knowledge of OpenAPI Spec
• Proficiency in Linux and idempotent distributed software development (Kubernetes, Docker, EKS)
• CI/CD and Git Lab knowledge
• Experience with Agile scrum methodologies
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills to resolve issues independently
• Ability to be a quick learner with a willingness to plan, do, check, and adjust

Desired

Skills:

• Working knowledge of the Delphix Masking Tool or database masking
• Experience in the Java programming language
• User Experience skills such as User Interface (UI) framework or Web development work
