Hudapack Metal Treatment, a leading provider of metal processing services, is seeking a reliable and safety‑focused Truck Driver (Class A CDL preferred) to join our team. This full‑time position involves local and regional driving within the Chicago and Rockford areas, ensuring timely and professional service to our valued customers.
Sign-On Bonus AvailableKey Responsibilities
- Operate company trucks safely and efficiently in compliance with all D.O.T. regulations.
- Perform daily regional deliveries between customer locations in the Chicago and Rockford areas.
- Handle and transport customer parts and materials with care.
- Maintain accurate paperwork and documentation for all deliveries.
- Serve as a professional representative of the company during customer interactions.
- Identify products and verify shipments for accuracy (Product I.D.).
- Conduct routine truck inspections and maintenance checks to ensure vehicle readiness.
- Follow all company and ISO/AS9100, OSHA/Forklift, and customer‑specific procedures.
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL‑A preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of driving experience – Preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis.
