Location: Franklin, WI
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Shifts Available: 1st and 2nd Shift

Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable Order Selector to join our warehouse team in Franklin. This role is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment while meeting productivity, safety, and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Pick and select orders using pick lists, RF scanners, or voice systems
• Accurately count, label, and package products for shipment
• Operate pallet jacks or other warehouse equipment as needed
• Verify items for accuracy and quality before shipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse or order selecting experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
• Basic math and reading skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
