The King’s Early Learning Centre, as part of The King’s School, is accepting applications for a part-time Preschool Director/Teacher position starting August 2026. Located on 23 acres of beautiful agricultural land, we are a play-based preschool program that offers many opportunities for our children to play indoors and outdoors while encouraging their spiritual, emotional, social, and physical development.

We offer compensation on par with the Society of Christian Schools BC (SCSBC) recommendations. We have small class sizes, supportive parents, outdoor education, and a commitment to Christ. Join our fun, collaborative community where we empower staff and celebrate their individual gifts.

Applicants should demonstrate a genuine relationship with Christ and a pedagogy that reflects a biblical worldview. To be considered for the role, candidates must hold an ECE certification and be familiar with Fraser Health licensing.

Per SCSBC guidelines, the Director role ranges from $25.19 to $28.00, plus a 15%-30% administrative allowance for serving as the program director. In addition, we currently offer a $6.00-per-hour ECE wage enhancement benefit, based on education, category qualifications, program size, and experience. We offer an excellent compensation package, including an 8.05% pension, a premium dental plan, and extended health benefits.
