The City of Fraser is looking for an Assistant Accountant to join our team. This person will support the accounting team with audit tasks.
Employment Type: Temporary Part-time
Department: Finance Department
Supervised by: Finance Director
Position Summary- Assist in performing various accounting duties for the City under direct supervision of the City Finance Director, including creating and posting entries to the general ledger
- Reconciling accounts
- Preparing tax reports
- Preparing analyses of expenditures and revenues
- Providing other assistance to the City Finance Director as needed
