Position
FES & Productivity Engineer at Faurecia (Forvia)

Responsibilities- Provide FES expertise at plant level, collaborating with departments to create an impactful FES deployment plan.
- Ensure Production System deployment, support standardized work, OHP development, and lead FES training sessions.
- Contribute to lead time reduction through continuous flow implementation and provide expertise on Kanban loop sizing.
- Lead digital tools deployment, ensuring quality data capture, and deliver training on tools such as NEO, DMC, mLean.
- Participate in FES principles application from design stage, implementing lean process design and submitting plant good practices.
- Reduce Gap to Benchmark for Plant Operations: identify productivity potential, participate in workshops.
- Contribute to MOD, MFC, scrap/yield improvement initiatives focusing on Hoshin, 7 wastes, cycle time, bottleneck management, etc.
- Ensure DLE/DLP tracking process, manage action plans, close gaps to DLE max.
- Run value management workshops for MFC and lead problem‑solving activities for scrap/yield improvement.
- Act as change agent, cultivate FES mindset rooted in Lean concepts, promote FES X.0 through effective communication, pull teams into continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field.
- Experience in manufacturing operations.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience within a production environment.
- Recognized experience and ability to improve processes and KPIs within a plant using FES principles.
- Previous plant launch experience and previous management experience is a plus.
- Network animation, coaching, and influencing/persuasion skills.
- Ability to train and coach within the plant.
- Continuous improvement mindset.
- Ability to master change.
- Understand basic P&L and operational levers.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Problem diagnosis and analytic skills to understand contexts and support action plans.
