If you love turning CAM strategies into immaculate parts, this role pairs programming with on-machine execution. You’ll prepare set‑ups, manage changeovers, and run milling centers while safeguarding quality every step of the way.

• Author CNC programs and produce clear work instructions for repeatability.
• Operate CNC milling equipment (core focus on 3‑axis; any 5‑axis experience is a plus).
• Set the correct tools, holders, and offsets as defined in the program.
• Use and navigate control interfaces to start, monitor, and optimize operations.
• Measure parts, identify issues, troubleshoot processes, and make accurate adjustments.
• Follow documented procedures to ensure top-tier cut quality and consistency.
• Perform set‑ups, changeovers, and routine loading/unloading between runs.

• Materials: proven results cutting aluminum, steel, and kirksite; experience with molds and dies.
• Controls: practical knowledge of Fanuc, HAAS, Mitsubishi, and Heidenhain;
  Toshiba TASNuc 999 familiarity is a bonus.
• CAM: proficiency with WorkNC and Power Mill programming.
• Mechanical mindset with strong troubleshooting skills.
• Blueprint literacy, including feature interpretation and datum strategies.
• Competence in shop math and moderate analytical tasks.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of CNC cutting experience.
• Demonstrated CNC programming experience.
