As Deputy Plant Manager, you will be a key operational leader, driving plant performance, building capability across teams, and ensuring excellence in Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD).

You’ll partner closely with the Plant Manager and lead a cross‑functional organization to deliver results while preparing the plant for the future of manufacturing.

What You’ll Lead
  • Own plant performance:
    Deliver results across QCD, ensuring customer satisfaction and budget adherence
  • Lead production excellence:
    Define and execute manufacturing strategy across product lines
  • Develop high-performing teams:
    Coach UAP Managers and grow future leaders within the plant
  • Drive continuous improvement:
    Deploy the Faurecia Excellence System and embed a culture of operational excellence
  • Optimize operations:
    Improve layouts, processes, and equipment utilization
  • Ensure successful launches:
    Anticipate and execute smooth production ramps for new products
  • Strengthen supplier performance:
    Elevate partnerships and accountability
  • Foster a safe and sustainable workplace:
    Champion HSE standards and employee wellbeing
  • Lead cross‑functional alignment:
    Collaborate across HR, Quality, Finance, Logistics, and Purchasing
  • Build engagement:
    Support a positive social climate and strong labor relations
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering
  • 5+ years in production leadership within a multi-site industrial environment
  • Proven success in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team development capabilities

    Solid understanding of financial and operational performance drivers
  • High level of autonomy, decision-making, and accountability
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills

Ability to unite teams and drive results in a fast-paced environment
