Schedule: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Hours: 40–60 hours per week (Overtime available but not mandatory)
Pay: $21 – $27/hour (based on experience)
We are seeking a skilled CNC Mill Machinist to join our growing precision manufacturing team serving the Aerospace and Military Defense industry. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented machinist who thrives in a tight-tolerance, high-quality production environment.

Position SummaryThe CNC Machinist is responsible for setting up, operating, and editing programs on CNC milling or lathe machines to manufacture high-precision aerospace components. This role requires maintaining tight tolerances (±.0005" or better), adhering to strict industry standards, and utilizing advanced inspection tools to ensure quality and compliance.
Key ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate CNC milling or lathe machines based on blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions
Edit G-code programs at the machine to correct issues and optimize performance
Perform tool changes, set offsets, and make mechanical adjustments as needed
Inspect machined parts using micrometers, calipers, height gauges, and other precision instruments
Maintain tight tolerances (±.0005" or better) to meet aerospace quality standards
Read and interpret complex blueprints and GD&T symbols
Document in-process inspections and production results
Collaborate with quality control and engineering teams to troubleshoot machining challenges
Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area
Support continuous improvement initiatives related to productivity, quality, and safety
QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent (technical training or apprenticeship preferred)
3+ years of CNC mill or lathe setup and operation experience (aerospace manufacturing preferred)
Strong understanding of engineering drawings and GD&T
Experience machining to tight tolerances (±.0005" or better)
Proficient with precision inspection equipment
Ability to edit CNC programs at the machine
Experience with CNC controls such as Fanuc, Haas, Okuma, or Mazak is a plus
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
Familiarity with aerospace standards and procedures preferred
Manufacturing facility with moderate noise and active machinery
Standing for extended periods required
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
