Shift: 1st Shift – Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (occasional Saturdays, 6:00 AM – 11:00 AM)

A manufacturing team in Roseville is seeking a skilled Gun Drill Operator to support precision drilling operations in a fast-paced production environment. This role is ideal for someone with hands‑on experience running gun drilling machines who values quality and efficiency.
Core Responsibilities:- Operate and set up gun drilling machines to produce precise, high‑quality drilled components
- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments to maintain quality and productivity
- Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with quality control to meet AS9102 and ISO
9001 standards - Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Prior experience operating gun drilling machines
- Strong blueprint reading skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable with lifting up to 40 lbs and standing for extended periods
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
