Machine Operators – Fraser, MI

Our client is seeking multiple Machine Operators in Fraser, MI. This contract‑to‑direct role is performance‑based; after 90 days, you may convert to a permanent direct team member and receive company‑paid benefits. A growth opportunity with overtime and attendance bonuses.

Shift Days:
Monday‑Friday. 1st Shift Time: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM. Pay: $15.00 per hour. Perfect Attendance Bonus: $40.00 per week. Overtime opportunities and a separate $40 bonus check every week based on attendance.

• Evaluate and inspect finished products to verify conformance to customer specifications.
• Fulfill order requirements.
• Review operator display board prior to running production for work instructions and quality alerts.
• Produce and assemble sub‑assemblies for production lines.
• Connect various parts and switches.
• Load conveyors, stock parts, and handle material as required.
• Complete all required testing, paperwork, quality records, documents, etc.
• Correct application of all internal and external labels when required, including production tasks such as trimming flash, sorting, and sub‑assembly.
• Participate in team problem‑solving activities.
• Follow all internal and OSHA‑required safety procedures.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

• 1 year of experience as an injection molding operator (preferred).
• High school degree or equivalent.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent attendance record.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Ability to quickly develop comprehensive knowledge of products.
• Willingness to assist team members with other tasks as required.

Pay: $15.00 per hour. Types:
Full‑time, Contract to Direct (90 Days).
