Schedule: Monday–Friday
Our client in Fraser, MI is seeking dependable and motivated Press Operators / Machine Operators to join their growing manufacturing team.
This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with the potential to become a direct employee after 90 days
, based on attendance and performance.
1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM | $15.00/hour
2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM | $15.25/hour
3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM | $15.40/hour
Employees who meet the perfect attendance requirements are eligible for a separate $40 bonus check each week
.
Overtime opportunities are also available based on production needs.
Growth OpportunityThis position offers the opportunity to be hired directly by our client after approximately 90 days
, based on performance and attendance.

As a Press Operator, you will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment producing and inspecting plastic components.
Responsibilities include:
- Operate and monitor production and injection molding equipment.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet customer specifications and quality standards.
- Review the Operator Display Board for work instructions and Quality Alerts before beginning production.
- Trim excess material or flash from finished parts.
- Sort, inspect, package, and label completed products.
- Produce and assemble sub-assemblies for production lines.
- Connect various parts and components as required.
- Load conveyors, stock parts, and handle production materials.
- Complete required testing, production paperwork, quality records, and documentation.
- Apply internal and external labels correctly.
- Participate in team problem-solving and continuous improvement activities.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and OSHA-required safety standards.
- Assist team members with additional production duties as needed.
- Previous injection molding, machine operating, press operating, or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required
. - High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Excellent attendance and punctuality.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Willingness to learn and assist in other areas as needed.

Schedule: Monday–Friday
Pay: $15.00–$15.40/hour, depending on shift
Bonus: $40 Weekly Perfect Attendance Bonus
