• Inspect parts for quality and conformance to specifications.
• Clean, oil, and prepare parts for production and shipment.
• Perform blasting operations on parts as required.
• Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and interest in manufacturing.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.
• Ability to use basic hand tools and equipment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as required.
