Job Title:

General Merchandise Clerk – Entry Level

This entry-level team member position will be responsible for delivering remarkable customer service by providing customers with exceptional product knowledge, efficient service, and a friendly attitude.

Responsibilities include:

• Build rapport with customers. Display friendly and outgoing attitude through good eye contact and body language.
• Help customers with any questions they may have. Direct them to other team members if unable to answer.
• Stock product and maintain displays according to merchandising standards.
• Utilize technology to complete activities and tasks.
• Collaborate with other team members and managers on additional tasks as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Process-driven and able to follow procedures efficiently.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical ability to lift, carry, push, pull, bend, twist while handling product; stand for long periods.
