We're looking for an Electrician who will undertake the planned maintenance and repair of the Electrical equipment of building(s) as required under contract.

• To undertake the planned maintenance and repair of the Electrical equipment, of building(s) as required under contract.
• To undertake other maintenance and reactive tasks within skills set/qualifications
• To carry out reactive tasks within SLA's.
• This is a static role based at North East Scotland College, Fraserburgh – no vehicle provided.

• Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance and complete the appropriate paperwork and reports
• Carry out Reactive and emergency tasks and complete the associated paperwork.
• Ability to produce permit to work/risk assessments as required.

• Qualified to City & Guilds Level or equivalent in relevant disciplines to role
• 18th Edition Qualification.
• Commercial Electrical Experience – working in commercial environments
• Experience of maintenance, testing & fault finding on a variety of equipment.
• Including, boiler plant, ventilation, pumps, generators, switch gear, cables, Batteries, small power and lighting (where applicable).
