Die Stadt Frauenfeld sucht eine erfahrene Abteilungsleitung Sozialhilfe, Beratung, Asyl (m/w/d). Sie übernehmen die fachliche, operative und organisatorische Leitung der Abteilung und führen ein Team von 10 Sozialarbeiterinnen und Sozialarbeitern sowie die Teamleitung Administration.
Sie arbeiten eng mit anderen Abteilungsleitungen und der Amtsleitung zusammen, entwickeln Prozesse und Qualitätsstandards weiter und sichern die Ergebnisqualität der Dienstleistungen.
