The Gasthof zum goldenen Kreuz is centrally located in the heart of the city of Frauenfeld. We have over 60 seats in the gourmet à la carte restaurant and a lively and demanding banquet operation for up to 120 people. We offer our guests lived hospitality in an upscale and stylish ambiance. The goal is to delight guests with every visit and convince them with consistent quality.

To support our kitchen team, we are looking for a Junior Sous Chef (m/f) – 100% immediately or by arrangement.

In this role, you independently and responsibly manage an assigned kitchen station. Ideally, you can work at various stations (Saucier, Entremetier, or Garde Manger) and support the kitchen management with organizational tasks. You always apply your expertise with great joy and are willing to pass on your knowledge to our apprentices and support them in their training. Ensuring the consistency and quality of the dishes and implementing and monitoring the hygiene concept is a matter of course for you.
