About this position
We are looking for an Office Administrative Coordinator to offer support to our service team at our Frederick, CO location. The successful candidate will have a minimum intermediate level of skills in common office software including Microsoft office, Outlook, Adobe, Excel & Word. They should ideally have prior experience with purchase order processing. We are looking for a team player interested in contributing to the success of an expanding organization.
Responsibilities- Answering main phone line.
- Processing of Inspection & Service Reports.
- Purchase orders.
- Computer based file sorting, creation, monitoring.
- Mailing/ small item shipping.
- Answer customer telephone calls.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5pm.
- Office Administration: 1 year (Preferred)
- Office environment- sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
