Xpect Solutions Inc is an UL508A Panel shop located in Longmont, Colorado. We manufacture customized control equipment to a variety of industries, as well as provides custom electrical design and engineering services.
Position Overview & PurposeThe Control Panel Shop Technician II will work on various aspects related to the manufacturing of custom UL508A control panels and lid press machinery.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Identify electrical panel components from bill of materials and schematic symbols
- Wire industrial control panels based on schematic, blueprint, and/or wire schedule
- Mechanically and electrically layout panel designs based on drawings
- Fabricate electrical control panels according to drawings
- Wire panels to UL508A specifications and in accordance with drawings
- Maintains a clean, organized, and productive workspace
- Follows all safety protocols and procedures
- Other duties as assigned
