Position: Swiss-Type CNC Turning Operator (Tsugami Focus)
Your Day Making Precision Parts Sunrise, coffee, and the quiet hum of a Tsugami Swiss turning center. You review the work queue, confirm the barfeeder is topped off, and load parts by hand when a run calls for it. You’re the steady hand that keeps production moving, inspecting with micrometers and calipers, cross-checking drawings, and keeping quality at the forefront.

When the weekend wraps, you leave knowing critical components for medical, aerospace, industrial, and scientific customers are headed out the door—on time and to spec.

The Role We’re hiring a production-focused Swiss-type CNC operator to run Tsugami equipment and keep bar feeders running smoothly. Familiarity with setup is a plus, but programming and full setups are not required for this role.

Shift: Friday–Sunday, 5:00 AM – 5:00 PMWhat You’ll Handle Operate Swiss-type CNC lathes with working knowledge of setup and changeovers.

Keep bar feeders running; hand-load parts when needed to maintain throughput.

Follow safety practices and company policies at all times.

Interpret engineering drawings to determine inspection requirements.

Manually inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, and gauges.

Support general CNC production and inspection tasks as needed.

Skills to Succeed Hands-on experience operating CNC lathes (Swiss preferred).Ability to read blueprints and follow on-screen work instructions in proprietary software.

Clear written and verbal communication; strong attention to detail.

Comfort working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Familiarity with Office 365 (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).Equipment You’ll UseCNC Swiss Lathe (Tsugami)
