Position Summary:
The Service Foreman plays a pivotal role in delivering high-quality repair services by planning and executing each repair efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining accurate documentation. This role involves hands-on leadership and collaboration with team members to uphold company standards and provide excellent service.
The Blueprint for Success
- Key Responsibilities:
* Plan each repair service, including material and resource requirements.
* Perform repairs efficiently, ensuring timely completion.
* Check in with customers upon arrival and provide updates during the repair process.
* Check out with customers after completing the service, ensuring satisfaction.
* Report materials used immediately after repairs to the Service Coordinator.
* Post before-and-after pictures for each service job.
* Report any additional work required to the Service Manager and obtain approval before proceeding.
* Set start times with the assigned service helper and ensure proper communication.
* Clock in and out accurately for each service job using the timekeeping system.
* Follow all company safety policies and procedures during repairs.
* Ensure all work complies with company standards and relevant regulations.
* Provide feedback on service operations to improve efficiency and quality.
* Assist with other tasks as assigned by the Service Manager.
* Additional Service leader duties as needed.

Tools for the Job:
Required:
* Minimum of five years of roofing experience
* High proficiency of commercial roofing and/or construction knowledge
* Knowledge in all roofing systems
* Knowledge or roofing manufacturer specifications
* Ability to troubleshoot and repair roof leaks
* Proven experience in supervising field operations
* Knowledge of OSHA compliance
* Proficiency in Google, MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and project management software
* The ability to work in different environmental conditions.
* Strong leadership and communications skills
* Highly trained in conflict management
* Valid Driver's License
Preferred:
* Proficient in the safe handling and utilization of ladders
