Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable / MDM Associate to support daily accounts payable and master data management activities. This role is responsible for processing invoices, maintaining accurate vendor and business partner records, and ensuring timely and accurate payment processing. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and comfortable working with high volumes in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Process, verify, and electronically file invoices, credits, travel & expense reports, and other payment requests in SAP with speed and accuracy.
  • Set up new business partners and maintain existing records by collecting required tax and banking documentation and entering data accurately into the system.
  • Review vendor statements and reconcile vendor accounts.
  • Identify invoices requiring resolution and follow up with internal teams or external vendors to obtain necessary information.
  • Respond professionally to inquiries from internal and external customers via phone and email using available tools and resources.
  • Execute payment runs following established accounting and banking procedures.
  • Proactively identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements to management.
  • Complete special projects and other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of experience in accounts payable, accounting, or a related field.
  • Working knowledge of SAP preferred.
  • Strong math and analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Accurate and efficient data entry capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
  • Understanding of, or ability to learn, full AP processes including account coding, approval workflows, purchasing modules, and tax rules.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
