Tax Accountant

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review individual, corporate, partnership, and/or sales tax returns
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual tax filings
• Perform account reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records
• Research tax regulations and ensure compliance with current laws
• Support audits and respond to tax notices or inquiries
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather financial data and documentation
• Assist with tax planning and process improvement initiatives

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3+ years of tax or accounting experience preferred
• Knowledge of federal and state tax regulations
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting/tax software
  
  Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• CPA preferred

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
