JMT's Accounting Department is seeking a team-oriented administrative professional to join their group.

Compensation for this position is $17-$22 hourly, commensurate with experience, education and certifications. The provided range is a good faith estimate based on the requirements described within the job description. If so, the actual salary range may vary from the estimate provided.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities
  • Copy, scan, and mail client invoices and other accounting documents
  • File and index documents into an electronic document management system, and maintain the system queues
  • Sub-payment research to ensure timely payments
  • Sub-consultant invoice review and processing
  • Minority business reporting and tracking of timely submissions
  • Data entry and clean up within the Accounting System
  • Periodic updating of client payroll rosters
  • Responsible for weekly timesheet process
Nonessential Functions and Responsibilities
  • Assist Project Accountants with various tasks
  • Perform other related duties as assigned Required Experience
    • High school diploma or equivalent

    Working Conditions

    Work is performed within a general office environment. Work is generally sedentary in nature but may require occasional standing and walking. Lighting and temperature are adequate and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. within the office environment.
