Accordia Consulting LLC seeks tax accounts with strong analytical and communication skills. The position offered is an exciting opportunity to apply your existing tax knowledge and experience and to grow that knowledge by working with other seasoned professionals. Our projects are challenging and technical, requiring thoughtful, creative, and strategic responses. Staff members will have access to the latest tools, including artificial intelligence, tax authority, and online libraries.

This individual will assist the Firm to become the region's most creative, problem‑solving CPA Firm.

Accordia Consulting LLC is a highly technical accounting firm with in-depth specialization in taxation for small to mid‑size entrepreneurial clients. Our practice specializes in providing tax, accounting, business advisory services, and strategic planning services. The ideal candidate will work closely with a partner and managers, prepare tax returns, and research technical issues. We are especially interested in accountants with strong analytical skills.

Applicants must possess a desire to excel and a desire to constantly improve his/her technical expertise. You will work with pleasant, technically competent professionals in a comfortable learning, growing, teaching team environment. Salary will be commensurate with experience and ability.

• Analyze client books and records to identify adjustments necessary to prepare accurate income tax returns
• Prepare individual, trust, estate, partnership, S corporation, and C corporation tax returns
• Prepare multi‑state income tax returns

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA or EA certification eligibility highly desirable
• Minimum of 1 year of income tax preparation experience
• Strong accounting skills, including experience preparing account reconciliations, adjusting journal entries, and accrual to cash conversions
• Knowledge of tax laws and regulations
• Experience with tax software and the preparation of work papers that support tax returns
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including expert English verbal and written skills
• Attention to detail and quality orientation
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
