Description

The Accounts Payable Rep performs
* accounting functions associated with the accounts payable process*; is responsible for data entry of large volumes of invoices into the AP System. Must be accurate and timely, and demonstrate excellent time management skills. File all AP invoices and analyze vendor statements to investigate discrepancies.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum two (2) years of accounts payable experience.

Compensation

Hourly pay range: $17.60–22.89. Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. If the position is part‑time, salary will be pro‑rated based on scheduled hours. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on specialty if applicable. Non‑exempt positions may have shift differential and/or overtime paid, if applicable.

Hours

Monday–Friday, day shift.
