• Verifying and uploading timesheets
• Calculating salaries and other rewards and benefits for employees
• Calculating allowances for temporary work incapacity
• Preparing certificates at the request of employees
• Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for the Fiscal Service and the Statistics Department
• Preparing internal reports related to various indicators in the field of human resources and payroll

We might ask you to perform other tasks and duties as your role expands.

• Previous experience in accounting is advantageous
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Romanian
• Ability to organize tasks, adapt swiftly to changes, and meet deadlines under pressure
• Basic understanding of accounting practices and principles
• Experience with automated accounting software and systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (such as Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and trust
• High level of accuracy in preparing and entering financial information
• Effective analytical and problem‑solving skills

9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, office
