Our client is seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Operations Associate to support day‑to‑day administrative and operational tasks. This person will assist with data entry, record‑keeping, workflow coordination, and general office support to help keep operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities- Perform daily administrative tasks (data entry, filing, documentation)
- Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
- Support cross‑department communication and scheduling
- Assist with tracking workflows and meeting deadlines
- Provide customer service to internal and external partners
- Troubleshoot basic issues and escape when needed
- 1+ year of office or administrative experience preferred
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Dependable, professional, and consistent with a Monday‑Friday schedule
