Join a fast-paced, team-oriented operation where you'll play a key role coordinating equipment rentals, logistics, and customer support. This is a hands‑on administrative role working with a supportive team that offers great benefits once hired on.

What You'll Do
  • Coordinate short- and long-term equipment rentals from start to finish
  • Manage quotes, contracts, billing, and invoice review
  • Track equipment availability, status, and inventory
  • Schedule repairs and work closely with shop technicians and logistics
  • Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal teams
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and rental documentation
What We're Looking For
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable working with numbers/spreadsheets
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Self-starter with a flexible, team-first mindset
  • Experience in operations, logistics, dispatch, or industrial environments is a plus
  • Schedule:

    Monday-Friday (7:00/7:30 AM‑4:00/4:30 PM or 8:00 AM‑5:00 PM)
  • Fully in-office, casual dress environment
  • Temp-to-hire opportunity with training provided
  • High-energy role with both desk work and shop interaction
