This is your opportunity to be a vital part of a dynamic team where your contributions will directly support the success of our client and help streamline operations.
What You’ll Do:- Be the Face of the Office:
Greet visitors with a warm, welcoming attitude and provide exceptional customer service. - Master of Communications:
Manage incoming phone calls, direct inquiries, and provide helpful information to the public and staff. - Keep Things Running Smoothly:
Sort, distribute, and track incoming mail and documents with precision and efficiency. - Manage Documentation:
Type, edit, and format professional correspondence and documents to ensure clarity and accuracy. - Technical Support:
Operate a variety of office tools, from computers to photocopiers to fax machines, and manage data entry with ease. - Problem Solver:
Handle inquiries, assist with work requests, and maintain organized filing systems that keep everything in order. - Collaborate & Contribute:
Work closely with a fantastic team of professionals, while keeping a proactive, independent mindset.
- High School diploma and 1+ years of office support experience
- Proficiency in typing and Microsoft Office applications, with a sharp eye for detail and excellent editing skills
- Customer service expertise with the ability to create positive experiences for clients, visitors, and colleagues alike
- Adaptability to connect with diverse personalities and situations, while maintaining a professional, friendly approach
- The ability to manage stress with grace, keeping cool in high-pressure situations
- Self-motivation and a knack for staying organized, managing your time and tasks with minimal supervision
- A friendly, approachable demeanor that makes everyone feel welcome and valued
