Responsibilities
  • Citizenship verification of all personnel requesting access.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the construction security office.
  • Support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.
  • Responsible for organization and filing of confidential and time‑sensitive material.
  • Familiarity with a variety of the field's concepts, practices and procedures.
Requirements
  • Must have an Active Secret Clearance.
  • Proven admin or assistant experience.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi‑task and prioritize work.
  • Attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Capable of verifying U.S. citizenship and identification documents.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • At least two (2) years of experience in administrative duties and access control.
  • Report writing skills.
  • Administrative writing skills.

Employee may be required to occasionally lift and/or move moderate amounts of weight, typically less than 20 pounds, but may vary depending on the position. Regular and predictable attendance is essential.
