Responsibilities

Sabre Systems, LLC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Program Analyst to support one of our government customers. The selected candidate will provide administrative and operational support to a team of Software Engineers while working closely with government personnel, military staff, and contractors in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing exceptional customer service and administrative support
  • Utilizing Microsoft Office Suite applications to prepare and manage documents
  • Greeting visitors and assisting with office coordination
  • Answering and directing phone calls professionally
  • Editing and formatting briefs, reports, and presentations
  • Maintaining calendars and scheduling meetings
  • Managing media requests, including copying, creating, shipping, and tracking media assets
  • Updating and maintaining program databases
  • Receiving, sorting, and distributing incoming and outgoing packages
  • Supporting day-to-day office and program operations as needed
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of one (1) year of administrative support experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain an active DoD Secret Clearance
  • Must successfully pass a background investigation
  • U.S. Citizenship required

Compensation Statement

At Sabre Systems, LLC, compensation is based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, and contract-specific requirements; however, final compensation will be determined by individual qualifications and applicable contract terms. The general salary range for this position is as follows: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00
