Project Coordinator – Frederick, MD
We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Coordinator to work on a project in Frederick, MD. The PC will work closely with Project Managers, Project Engineers, Superintendents and General Foreman in the process of performing his/her duties and will report to the Administrative Services Manager but will work closely with the Project Manager for day‑to‑day direction. The Project Coordinator is responsible for providing support to the project team.
This may include data entry, reporting, and general office and administration duties to support the project.
- Request COIs
- Upload current drawing editions and archive older versions
- Maintain rental equipment log, request and call off rental equipment
- Order supplies for project team onsite
- Schedule meetings and order breakfast/lunch as needed
- Apply for and track permits, schedule inspections as needed
- Schedule 811 and maintain updates
- Review and distribute monthly tool report
- Review and distribute documents/correspondence to project and field teams
- Update and track meeting minutes
- Set up key party contact directories
- Assist with project close‑out documentation
- Various other tasks as required by the project team
- Associate degree (AA) preferred or minimum 2 years of related experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to set priorities and multi‑task
- Competent analytical skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
- Excellent communication, writing and organizational skills
- Critical reasoning, good work ethics and flexibility

Final pay is determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. For Maryland and Washington, D.C. this ranges from $29.75 - $33.75 per hour plus annual incentive, benefits, and retirement program as outlined above.
