Responsibilities
- Review and verify operational reports for accuracy and completeness;
- Monitor correctness of entered data and follow up on discrepancies;
- Request and consolidate reports related to company vehicles and field operations;
- Track truck presence within designated work zones (based on internal systems);
- Communicate with supervisors and field employees regarding reporting updates;
- Assist new employees with proper report completion procedures;
- Prepare and maintain timesheets and structured operational records;
- Support management with operational reporting and coordination tasks.
- Bachelor’s Degree is a must;
- Confident user of MS Office (especially Excel and Word);
- Ability to work with reports and structured data;
- English — basic to intermediate (for internal documentation);
- Ability to organize workload, adapt quickly to change, and deliver under pressure of deadlines.
