Responsibilities

  • Review and verify operational reports for accuracy and completeness;
  • Monitor correctness of entered data and follow up on discrepancies;
  • Request and consolidate reports related to company vehicles and field operations;
  • Track truck presence within designated work zones (based on internal systems);
  • Communicate with supervisors and field employees regarding reporting updates;
  • Assist new employees with proper report completion procedures;
  • Prepare and maintain timesheets and structured operational records;
  • Support management with operational reporting and coordination tasks.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree is a must;
  • Confident user of MS Office (especially Excel and Word);
  • Ability to work with reports and structured data;
  • English — basic to intermediate (for internal documentation);
  • Ability to organize workload, adapt quickly to change, and deliver under pressure of deadlines.
