Description
This is a key position in a fast paced organization and requires an individual who is able to multi-task and motivated and proactive. The ability to work a rigorous M-F schedule which may include occasional weekends is required. This position will provide administrative support to the F-35 Integrated Test Force (ITF) Site Director at Naval Air Station Patuxent River, Maryland. This position has a broad range of responsibilities including maintaining executive's Outlook calendar, prioritizing incoming messages and meeting requests, managing executive's e-mail account, making travel arrangements, compiling and submitting expense reports, coordinating/scheduling/supporting meetings and events, assisting in the preparation of briefing materials, and other general office tasks.
BasicQualifications
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an administrative/executive assistant.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook.
- Experience in managing emails, calendar and schedule.
- Experience in coordinating travel arrangements and submitting expense reports.
- Executive Administrative experience highly desired.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality, and appropriate sensitivity to all issues.
- Working knowledge of Lockheed Martin policies and procedures and demonstrates a professional demeanor.
- Possession of solid knowledge of company policies, procedures, and systems (security requirements, visit request process, travel, charging, LM People).
- Experience in travel booking and expense reconciliation.
- Ability to work well independently, but function within a team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and quickly adjust to changing priorities.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to interface with all levels of government, customers, and corporate executives.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Must be a self-starter with strong initiative and organizational skills.
- Experience in travel booking and expense reconciliation in LM Travel.
- Familiarity with Lockheed Martin administrative and computer systems and processes, including Concur, MyAccess, Teams, and Tableau.
This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Clearance Level: Secret

- Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week to condensed schedules. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to Paid Time off benefits. - Schedule for this Position:
