A company is seeking a Property Administrator to support day-to-day operations within a commercial real estate environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being a go-to resource, building strong relationships, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

What You’ll Do:
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for tenants, handling inquiries and service requests
  • Coordinate maintenance requests and partner with vendors to ensure timely follow-up
  • Assist with lease administration and track key dates and renewals
  • Support billing, collections, and invoice processing
  • Maintain accurate records within property management systems
  • Prepare and distribute tenant communications and notices
  • Assist with vendor coordination and documentation
  • Track property projects and improvements
  • Support basic budgeting and reporting
  • Help ensure compliance with lease terms and internal processes
What You Bring:
  • 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong organization and multitasking skills
  • A customer-focused, professional communication style
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with property management software is a plus
