- Experience providing comprehensive administrative and program support within a fast-paced program office.
- Proficient in preparing, reviewing, and tracking official documentation, including suspense reports, meeting notes, and action items.
- Experience in providing direct support to program leadership through the development of briefing materials, creation of data visualizations (graphs/charts), and coordination of daily office activities such as scheduling, travel, and supplies.
- Experience providing day-to-day operational support for the office, such as facilitating meetings by managing audio‑visual systems and executing routine administrative tasks.
- A minimum of three (3) years of Action Officer experience is required.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Substitutions:
Four (4) additional years of related experience will substitute for Bachelor's degree.
