Maryland Department of Natural Resources is seeking a Reserve Officer Program Coordinator to oversee the recruitment, training, time keeping, scheduling assignments and performance evaluation of volunteers who assist NRP’s permanent staff.
The role includes coordinating recruitment and training of volunteers, managing program administration, preparing reports, and collaborating with the program counterpart across the State. Travel statewide is required; events may occur outside standard hours.
