Join our team as a Part-Time Health Services Scheduler and play a key role in supporting efficient healthcare operations. In this position, you will coordinate and maintain staff schedules, process payroll-related information, and prepare productivity reports to ensure accurate workforce management. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at multitasking in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Schedule:
Weekend Only (Saturday & Sunday – 9:00am-5:30pm)

- Compensation: $19 - $25 per hour, commensurate with experience.
- Coordinate and reorganize schedules to correspond with immediate staffing needs.
- Organize and implement a new procedure for contingent employees.
- Send all pay-end reports in a timely and accurate fashion.
- Effectively communicate with current staff and applicants by telephone, written correspondence, email, and/or oral communication when dealing with staffing and payroll issues.
- Create daily and monthly reports on staffing productivity.
- Assist in the maintenance of open position reports.
- Minimum of 1 year of secretarial or scheduling experience.
- Proficiency in computers, HRIS systems (Kronos/Workday/UKG), and Microsoft Office (Excel).
- Strong communication, scheduling, and administrative skills.
- Weekend only availability (Saturday & Sunday – 9:00am-5:30pm).
- Flexible availability for training for the first two weeks (Monday-Friday: 7am-5:00pm).
